Privacy Policy
Keyboard Practice is a local learning tool for elementary students practicing how to type usernames and passwords. This policy explains what happens to information entered into the extension and its web version.
Information we process
During one practice session, a teacher or student may enter a username and password. The app uses those values only to run the active practice lesson in the current page.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect names, student records, accounts, rosters, or contact information.
- We do not send usernames, passwords, or practice activity to a server.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, telemetry, or error reporting services.
- We do not use cookies, browser storage, databases, downloads, or account sign-in.
How session information is handled
Session values remain in the active page's temporary memory. They are cleared when practice is completed, reset, or the page is unloaded. Values are not placed in URLs, extension titles, browser storage, or logs. Closing the page ends the session and there is no recovery or saved history.
Children's privacy
Keyboard Practice is designed for classroom use and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It does not create student profiles or require an account.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this page will be updated before those changes are released.
